Other phone service providers are hard pressed to offer service as fast and responsive or a base of telephony knowledge as extensive as ours.
Today, we have corporate offices in Cincinnati, OH, regional sales and service operations in Indiana and Florida, and a full deployment center in Omaha, NE. This latter facility, in particular, allows us to tap into a managed partner network of over 1,000 other phone service providers and thus offer our customers unbelievably comprehensive business telecommunication solutions.
We started in Ohio and are still based in Ohio. But we also have sales offices in Indiana and Florida, not to mention a national deployment center in Omaha, NE. With this kind of reach and the help of our various business partners, we can provide multiple telecommunication solutions and daily support to enterprises across the United States.
Onsite technician coverage is assured by using MVD technicians as well as those from our NSP Network. This network is managed through our national deployment center and the NSP database. We can match customer requirements with local service providers who have the necessary qualifications and technical skill sets.
President and CEO
Jeff has been involved in the telecommunications industry for more than 29 years. He founded MVD Communications in 1992 and serves as the company's President and CEO. Jeff always aims to find a way to ensure that both MVD and its customers are successful and encourages each member of the MVD team to do the same. He is actively involved in the community as a board member of several non-profit organizations including the American Cancer Society as well as having founded Goodwill golf.
Jerry has more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has full management responsibility for MVD's Enterprise Sales across the nation. Jerry applies his years of deductive thinking, project management and customer service experience to lead his team and ensure that MVD's customers enjoy accurate and timely service as well as total satisfaction with their new systems or applications.
