“We began as a new organization in October of 2008. We are a small not for profit company in Florence, KY. We were not interested in going into the telephone business but definitely wanted a good system in order to present properly to our public and stakeholders.
We chose MVD to provide that service for us and I have to say, though personally I was not here at the time, this was an important decision and the right company was chosen. MVD has gone above our expectations. When I arrived on the scene, we were having a terrible time interpreting the phone bills. We had moved twice in the first six months and had bills coming for all locations, additions, cancellations, moves, etc.
I called MVD for assistance and we got together. All the bills were checked and Geri discussed the bills with the telephone company and the whole thing was straightened out with expediency and professionalism. The installation went smooth, changes were suggested and completed, questions were asked and answers were given.

“After our phone system's initial equipment warranty expired, I was desperate to find a company to warranty equipment they had not installed because the initial installer's extended warranty price was far greater than what a small school district like ours could afford.
