We began as a new organization in October of 2008. We are a small not for profit company in Florence Kentucky. We were not interested in going into the telephone business but definitely wanted a good system in order to present properly to our public and stakeholders.

We chose MVD to provide that service for us and I have to say, though personally I was not here at the time, this was an important decision and the right company was chosen. MVD has gone above our expectations. When I arrived on the scene we were having a terrible time interpreting the phone bills. We had moved twice in the first six months and had bills coming for all locations, additions, cancellations, moves, etc.

I called MVD for assistance and we got together. All the bills were checked and Geri discussed the bills with the telephone company and the whole thing was straightened out with expediency and professionalism. The installation went smooth, changes were suggested and completed, questions were asked and answers were given.

I am very happy with the service provided by the MVD and would highly recommend them.

Our voice mail went down over the weekend. When we came in on Monday we realized we had a major problem. MVD was called immediately and had two technicians in our offices by 10AM. Our system was older and could not be repaired.

By Monday afternoon MVD had a quote for us. It took us over a day to determine how we were going to fund the project. The equipment was ordered from the west coast on Wednesday. It was delivered and installed on Thursday morning.

As it turned out, the cost of our new phone system was just the tip of the iceberg for the MVD total package. It started with sales. We contacted several phone vendors and MVD's Kim Bracken came in and listened. Once she understood our needs, she thought "out of the box" and came up with some ideas that no one else did. And from there it only got better.

At the installation stage, we met Eric. What a knowledgeable professional. He set the phones up exactly the way we wanted and made sure we had a good working knowledge of our new system before he left the building. Then he came in mid morning the next day to make sure we were running smoothly and to answer questions.

Service after the sale - it only got better. We had trouble with one of the Avaya phones. One call to MVD and a new phone arrived. Sonny was there to make sure the replacement phone was set up correctly and in good working order. Then, something I have not experienced in years... about a week later we got a follow up phone call from MVD to make sure the service request was resolved to our satisfaction. A follow up phone call! Who does that anymore? MVD is the answer.
