For our Maintenance customers, MVD Communications offers a response-time guarantee: remote response of two hours and onsite response within four hours during an emergency. Additionally, if you are a Maintenance customer you will have Priority status on service work during times of emergencies.

We strive to respond to all service requests within 24-hours.
